  • How do I retrieve my Phone

    On the touchscreen above the Credit Card Processor on it is a RED SMALL CIRCLE labeled "RETRIEVE". Click that and choose your locker and plug-in your 4-digit code you created when you opened the locker to put your phone in.

  • I FORGOT MY 4-Digit Code.

    First, make sure you're retrieving from the correct locker. It’s easy to select the wrong one. Check through the window to confirm your phone is inside.

    If that doesn’t work, ask a staff member for help. Some staff have access to all lockers and can retrieve your phone.

  • I Cant See My Locker Number When I Click 'RETRIEVE'?

    IF YOU DIDNT PAY TO OPEN THE LOCKER DOOR AND JUST PUT YOUR PHONE IN A DOOR THAT WAS LEFT OPENED, because you did not pay the machine thinks there is nothing in the locker.

    YOU MUST PAY TO OPEN THE DOOR, create 4-digit code, it will then open make sure you close door and then hit retrieve button on touchscreen to reset the locker.

    If your lockers charger was not charging your phone please contact Rapid Recharge and you will receive a call and get your refund sent for the inconvenience.
